Rondiya, am dedicated to enhancing student placements through strategic industry partnerships. To systematically improve placement opportunities and industrial engagement within the department, I formed an internal placement coordination team comprising M.Tech students. Together, we&#8217;ve been actively working to connect with leading industries, gather recruitment insights, and align departmental activities to better suit industry requirements. This student-driven team works closely with me, contributing fresh ideas and assisting in the smooth execution of placement-related from Semiconductors, Aerospace, Metals, Polymers, and other sectors for interactive sessions with students. Through these interactions, students gain invaluable exposure to real-world challenges, career pathways, and the evolving role of Materials Engineers across industries. Each session is crafted to be interactive and insightful, encouraging students to actively engage with industry veterans and expand their understanding of practical applications, market trends, and future opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to organizing talks, I personally visit companies and industrial R&amp;D centers to understand their goals, technological directions, and human resource needs. These visits not only strengthen our professional relationships but also offer firsthand insights into the competencies industries seek in fresh graduates. Based on these learnings, I have periodically proposed industry-aligned updates in our undergraduate and M.Tech curricula, helping to introduce elective courses, modules, and workshops focused on areas with strong industrial demand, thereby enhancing our students&#8217; employability and readiness.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prof. Sachin R.
