Bio:

He obtained his Ph.D. from REVA University, Bangalore (2020″2024), working on multifunctional resistive memory devices (memristors), including programmable negative differential resistance (NDR), resistive switching, multi-level resistive switching, analog memory, and artificial synaptic plasticity. In May 2025, He joined the group as a postdoctoral researcher, focusing on the fabrication and electrical characterization of tandem photovoltaic devices based on copper chalcogenide materials.
