• A heat resisting furnace of 80 kW for Boron or Silicon Carbide processing.

• Two colour radiation pyrometer.

• FLUENT (CFD software) and various other softwares.

• Hot wire anemometer.

• Shear box apparatus.

• Electronically controlled powder injection device (indigenously developed).

• High temperature (>1500 C) measurement device (indigenously developed).

Beside the above mentioned items, the lab is well equipped with many flow measurement devices, pressure transducers, thermocouples for high temperature measurement, CO gas analyzer, computer servers etc.
