Award’ from the Humboldt foundation, Germany, during May 2017.
Piyush Jagtap has won the Outstanding Student Paper award at the IMAPS
(International Microelectronics Assembly and Packaging Society) 2016 symposium in
Pasadena, CA (USA) the last fall for his work entitled “Understanding Whisker
Growth: Effect of Substrate and Underlayer”.
We are pleased and honoured to have our paper selected for this award. This journal provides a great platform to share our research on advanced biomaterials in general and specifically for this work where we evaluated the biological response to nanoparticles – 2016 prize winners Shammy Raj, Sachin Kumar & Kaushik Chatterjee.

was conferred the Distinguished Alumnus Award of BHUMET by Distinguished Professor

Mr. Y. Raghupathy from Dr. Chandan Srivastava’s Lab has received the ‘Best
Paper Award’ in the CORCON 2015: International Conference for Corrosion
